Critics have been quick to get down on the students this year, so I was surprised I haven't seen anything on this yet (maybe I missed it?) - but I thought the student section rocked the house the other night. I especially like the locked arms and rocking back and forth, as well as the waving foam blocks while the Penguins were at the free throw line. That must have been hard to shoot into Loud, organized and out in force early! WAY TO GO STUDENTS!!!! Keep it up.

Still some differing cheers from the left and right, but I agree that the section was great. That many people for a game against Youngstown State is always good. The rocking back and forth has been going on all year, but this was the first game that people really stepped it up and got more people to do it (Nice work). I also really enjoyed the slow clap leading up to the players entering the arena.
I hope this is an indicator of good things to come for the remaining home games. These seniors deserve our best.

i propose the student section leaders meet up sometime b4 a game and try to organize everything in time for the Bracketbuster. possibly the morning of the BB since it'd be harder to organize during the week.

The YSU game saw an improvement from the student section. Keep it up. We're going to need everything the students can give come tourney time.

I thought the foam french fries were awesome. They really got the crowd into it when they had something to smack eachother with. I'd like to see more of this, espcially during the tourney.

UWM Can't pass anything out for the tourney, as it's technically not their "home court" Intorductions will just be the announcement of names, without the lights and the music and the intro video. Also things such as signs wouldn't be allowed.

Well so much for home court advantage. Now all we have are 10,000 fans cheering the team on.

That doesn't mean the students can't organize something on their own does it???

They passed out stuff to the students last year just before the final game. I'd expect them to do that again this year
