I watched the game on TV and swear I heard some of you chanting this when Dee Brown was shooting free throws in the second half. Anybody else?

that an all our students were spread apart inbetween two levels and other adults who only stood up for the half time ruteens of girls dancing. (that pissed me off) not that all the adults at the game with panther gear were on their butts the whole time, some got into it. Especially Tom. Anyways, if you sell tickets for uwm ncaa look here, make a true student section. For anything the alums should of been placed in the second level and the students should of been close to the court and all togthere. I know that the alums pump in the most money right now. But uwm needs a younger alum interest. WHich means pleasing me a (sr) right now. Remeber, younger alums will spend more money on things like this. and they will cheeer louder and not just stand up to watch college girls dance.

I don't think it's true that younger alums will spend more. How many people just out of college have extra money laying around to donate to an athletic program? It's going to take money to keep this program successful, and in general that money will come from donations from the older crowd that sit on their butts during the game. Those are the people that need to stay happy.

I am an alum who is a season ticket holder- I am 37 years old and have no voice today from screaming throughtout the game. I was in the second row of the upper deck and stood the whole time- Besides the fact that I could not sit without crushing my legs- crappiest leg room ever I was too pumped to sit- Many alums do get into the games- We sit behind the visitors bench at the cell and really give it to the other team and coaches-That said many of the fans at the game last nite I had never seen before- IN fact had an annoying girl behind me who kept asking the guy she was with the dumbest questions ever- What is the bonus? What is a goaltending Last nite should not have been for people who never went to a game before- PS I was very unimpressed with the Illini fans- very quiet and they only cheered at maybe 5 times in the game- When they did it was deafening- Can't wait for next year-

Hey, guys don't be so fast to pass judgements. My friend and I are alums who have a combined age of 121. We stood the whole game and screamed the whole time. I will have to admit that in the second half of the Ill. game I did face the "older" looking crowd to my right in the second tier and yell at them that if they didn't "stand and yell they wouldn't be invited back next year!" Also, the alums out numbered the students 10 to 1 in most of the regular home games this season and we paid for our tickets. I'd like to see the student's seats filled to the top all year not just for the tournament. I haven't missed a game in 4+ years, how about you?

I went to every home game after the Kanas game, and to UW-GB and Loyola. Not To mention the 7hr drive to Cleavland.

I loved that line!
