Green Bay at Michigan State Detroit at Purdue
After tonight, it only gets easier for UWGB in the non-conference season. Back to playing an easy schedule!
We'll be keeping an eye on these scores at Turner Hall!

UWGB EMBARASSED THE ENTIRE CONFERENCE! UIC and Detroit had gained the HL some respect with two good games against solid programs. UWGB has confirmed our crappy reputation as a low major conference. Sick display. Even Cleveland State took it to North Carolina last year! We'll just have to make some more noise... Later, UWMfreak

I thought I was reading the wrong score when I checked online for the UWBG vs. Michigan State score. 104-46 was almost as bad as the UWM vs. Prarie View game. I wasn't expecting UWGB to come out with a win, but I thought they could keep the margin of victory around 20.
Wright State, a team predicted to finish at #6 in the Horizon leage coache's poll lost to #10 Arizona by 15, and we all know about the UIC vs. GT game. This margin of victory is very embarrasing for the league especially due to the fact that UWGB is pciked to finish at #3 in the Horizon.

we talked about this alot at turners last night, all the work that has been done by HL teams to increase the amount of respect we are getting was nearly lost last night by GB.
heres some of the good things that have happened this year:
Wright State : beat Tulsa and only lost by 17 to #10 Arizona
UIC: Lost by 1 to #3 Georgia Tech
Detroit: Lost by 10 to Purdue
and then you have green bay. how can you lose by 58 and still condider youself a decent team. not that they should have beaten michigan state, but a loss by under 20 should have been the worst. Friggin Wright state who is predicted to finish Sixth in the HL can stay within 20 of a top 10 team. michigan state probably is thinking that the rest of the HL sucks bad too. i cant wait to hear what gb sportswriters have to say about this one. i know we play some hard competition this year, but for every game i expect us to be within 20 points at least, truly i expected us to be really close or win most games. gb should be ashamed of themselves and apoligize to the league for such an embarassing loss.

Hold on everyone.... Wait just a minute... We talked about this last night. If Mendaburu (spell check?) would have played, he would have scored 30 and had 15 assists. And that would be the first BIG victory in Coach Little K's 3 year plan. Ok, sarcasm over, that was awful, it's not just that they got beat by 50+, it's like others have already said, it is embarrassing for the Horizon League. That is it.
