The short answer is no you can't watch it on a Mac, because Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer on OS X (Apple's operating system).
The long answer is yes you can, but it will require owning a copy of Windows, and also purchasing a program like Parallels($77), or Boot Camp(Free) for you Mac. With Parallels or Boot Camp you will be able to run Windows on your Mac, which will be able to run Internet Explorer.
*Note I currently do not own a Mac (so I'm not 100% sure this will work), but have researched this very topic since I plan on buying one soon.

Uhg!
Doesn't it seam rather backwards to put windoze on a Mac? Thats like buying a Pinto because, your BWM can't go off road. You'll be introducing yourself to a whole mess of other problems. Save youself some pain and watch it at someone elses house or on campus. Maybe eventually they'll pull their head out of their ass and get it working for the rest of us.

I have a HP with Roadrunner High speed and tried to watch the Cleveland St. game on Thursday night and it wouldn't work for me.
I kept getting an error message. I emailed the cstv.com people, they sent me back a troubleshooting list of things to try. I did all of that and nothing!
I even had a phone conversation with the support team at cstv. They were not very helpful either.
So I guess I'm out of luck when it comes to watching road games on the Internet.

Luckily, there's only two more this year not on T.V. I would try it on campus if you're still determined to see it.
Other wise there's always Bill Johnson.
