November 10, 2006 Dear Milwaukee Panther Basketball Supporters, It’s that time…Panther Basketball Season! I hope you are all pumped up and ready to come out and support this year’s team as we begin our journey toward defending the Horizon League Championship. Wisconsin Avenue Time: Noon Cost: $20.00 per person Parking is available to our Full-Court Club members. Please join us and feel free to bring a guest. Membership for the 2006-2007 season is $100.00. I will be out of town, so I won't be able to make it, but...
For all who have mentioned the fact that we need to help build the program, this is a great opportunity. I realize that $100 is probably a bit much for students, but for all you alumni out there, you are talking about $8.33 a month. I think many could fit this into their budget.
Plus, they give away lots of cool gear at these events. For those who know me, the Adidas polo shirt I often wear was given to Club members last year. That shirt alone has to be worth $50.
In any event, the Full Court Club is a great way to help the program, and I encourage all to join.

Why is this event always held during the day? Many of us work! Is there anything that could be done to change this for the future so more people including myself could attend?
P.S. I'm well aware that it's called a luncheon and that's why it's held during the day. ;D

I only wish that some of the great stuff that they give away would fit me. Does every single article of clothing in the world have to be XL?

I'll be there with bells on. Free swag or not.
That's why God invented PTO. Great idea having it on a Friday. I get the afternoon off, too.

In response to Dylan Rocks... Yes!!!! Seriously, I attended a few last year. Rob had Bud Selig and Terry Porter address the group, respectively. He then did his own update with a Q&A session that was very candid. Good stuff, definitely a worthwhile event.

Umm...didn't I say that in my initial post What I was getting at was having more dinner engagements, which would make more sense to most of the working world.
