So where did you see/hear he was not going to play in the second ex. game? Link or source?
This seems to be a very similar situation to the Torre had to deal with and I think I will get sorted out in time just as Johnson's did.

I think we should all know by now that there will not be an article on this being resolved until after we all see him play in the game and already know he is cleared to play.

A little birdie told me that Charlie will be cleared to play, but we don't know when. For anyone who was worrying that he may never be cleared (and I admit, I was one), I think we can safely assume that this won't be the case.

Any word how he fits into the team before he stopped practicing?

don't know if he'd be penciled in as a starter but he'd definitely be in the guard rotation and would send McKay back to his natural position - buried on the bench.

All the walk-ons should be buried on the bench...I hope we don't have a 16 man rotation.

i wouldn't mind if Kamp played a few slop mins., i thought he played better than Bendall. still don't understand why he took a shot from the top of the key. if u can't make a 2-inch shot, you're not gonna make one from out there.

I think the second half was more of an indicator on how Rob plans to coach this season. Guys were buried on the bench to the point where their shooting shirts didn't even come off. Miles will not play, I have to assume anyway, I can't imagine he looked even remotely serviceable during film breakdown. I do hope however Swiggett is cleared to play this week, anyone have a time frame on him? Also would he be an option on Friday night?

Here's Jeter's quote in the article on the UWM website...
"In the first half, we continued to give people opportunities and test out combinations," UWM head coach Rob Jeter said. "In the second half, we started settling in on some people and some combinations that will work for us.
"It's not a work of art yet - it's not a masterpiece. It is a process. "

Ok, back to the topic...Swiggett. I hope he can play this weekend. I hope so too. The fact that he'll be here for 4 years is great! I thought I remember reading in someone's review of the open scrimmage or Panther Madness that even though he's 6'1 he plays above the rim like he's 6'7. Maybe I'm confusing that with someone else...
