Happy first week of basketball season. The fun begins Wednesday night...
I suspect we'll see the veterans start. Hansen and Smith will get the nod at the guard positions, but Franklin and Swiggett will see the most minutes.
Goolsby's at 5:30!
Adios, UWMfreak

check ticketmaster for prices but just buy 400 level seats and then move down once tip-off happens. the only deals i know of are during xmas break.

Thanks for the welcome, I've been lurking for probably 2 yrs now. This is truly a great board for inside UWM, and Horizon league info.
As for ticket info, I'm sure I'll just buy at the box office, I just know that sometimes there are 2-4-1 deals and stuff like that

I think you guys are a bit optomistic about this game. I have a feeling that we will score a lot of points, based mostly on our superior athletic abilility, but I wonder how effectice our defense will this early in the season.
I think we win 79-65

I also think UWM wins, but in no way will they be in danger of giving up 65 points. I say 71-47

I seem to recall watching this team last year. Did they play MU or UW in an exhibition?
It really doesn't matter to me what the score is in this game. This is the first time out against guys playing in different uniforms. It will probably be messy. Just looking forward to the ball going up and seeing the guys compete. It will take Rob and the staff a while to get our guys on the same page. Everyone needs to be patient.
