I'm just curious...
Does anyone know how ticket sales are going as compared to last year?
I mean are we ahead of last year's pace, behind, right about the same???
Sure would be nice to see more people in the seats this year.

I am going Friday to get my season tickets for myself and 4 others. I was thinking of asking and now I will to see how sales are going.

I asked Levar a week before school started, he said there were more new season ticket holders than non-renewals....so we are ahead in season ticket sales...dont know by how much but still doesnt hurt to ask this friday

I asked a couple of days ago and was told that we are slightly ahead of last year at this point. That's good news considering the number of starters we lost.

I think alot of that has to do with building a program people understand we are probably going to take a step back but in another year it will be 3 steps ahead. Dare I saw we are building strong program, this is the reason I was not sad to see Pearl leave.

I think that in college sports its more important to the fan base to have a successful, and in our case, growing program. Since the players are only around for 4 years max people dont get to attached to them like in pro sports. Past and future success will dictate ticket sales for the program.

I got my tickets today and asked how the ticket sales were doing. I was told that sales where ahead of pace from last year. I didnt ask for specific info because it not really my business, but its still good to know that sales are better than last year.
