Should he rip up the current contract and reward him for staying (along with a larger buyout clause), or keep it? don't care? ok. I think he should give him an extra $50-$100 g's.

I don't know anything, but I'd imagine the deal is being "reworked". If it isn't, it should be.

You think that Rob made his decision 100% on his own? You don't think that he already talked to Bud?
His deal already has been reworked. But that doesn't necessarily mean that he's getting more money, either....
