GW dropping to an 8? And getting UNC-Wilmington? I think Wilmington might be able to take this game! Tough break for GW. No dance for Missouri St. Wow! Air Force is in? Memphis as a 1? TN w/ a 2 seed and Gonzaga a 3? Ouch! I'm very surprised we wound up w/ an 11. (same seed as the team that won the MVC tourney?) I think a big part of that is returning an experienced team from our sweet 16 run and the historical strength of the Horizon in past tourney runs. Looking strictly at the numbers, I see no reason we should be an 11, but I'm not complaining by any stretch. Gonna be interesting. What time are we playing? Do I have to feign a mysterious illness midday Thursday or can I watch at a sports bar Thursday night? T

Don't think Maryland has any complaints personally. Them being even in the discussion having lost their players this year was moreso out of "respect" for their history. I fully agree with the other teams though. I thought you were going to George Mason, you should be happy! T

The committee has always said that RPI isn't the only consideration. Last 10 games, who you tried to schedule outside of the conference schedule, etc. come into play. And apparently, injuries do as well.

I thought you were going to George Mason, you should be happy! T Happy they made it, but they shouldn't have. Without Skinn, they have no shot at winning. Obviously the fact that their AD is on the Commitee plays into this. As far as law schools go (sorry for those of you who don't care but its slightly basketball related as most of these schools are in the tourney) I haven't chosen which Law School I'm going to yet. I've been accepted to Villanova and George Mason. Denied at George Washington, Cornell, Fordham, and Boston College. Still waiting on: UNC, Vanderbilt, Rutgers, and Pitt. Out of the accepted's I'd pick GMase but Vandy and UNC could beat them out. The rejections give plenty of reason to root against some schools.

They're not gonna leave out a team like Cal with a player like Leon Powe

Shocking that Tony Jones would be mugging in front of the camera in a "look at me" sorta way.
