yup no bus, anymore, the bus company backed out.....so sorry if anyone had already conntacted the ticket office, but no fan bus from the university, but i highly suggest for anyone who might even be slightly considering going to go, it will be worht the time ad effort to get there. tourney games are far better than any other games throughout the year, there is just soemthing about those games that is just simply amazing......... LET'S GO PANTHERS!!!!!

saw this on UWM's site...
Persons interested in attending Thursday's NCAA versus Oklahoma are encouraged to contact the UWM ticket office at 414-229-5886 as soon as possible.
UWM's allotment of tickets will be sold for $55 apiece, with season ticket holders, students, and alumni given priority (in that order). Any remaining tickets will be made available to the general public.
If you are connected to voicemail, be sure to leave your name and phone number, and whether you are a season ticket holder, student, alumnus, or general public. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
In Jacksonville, Panther Basketball headquarters will be at the Radisson Riverwalk Hotel. Call 904-396-5100 for reservations.
Panther fans heading to Jacksonville for the game are invited to attend a pep rally prior to the game. The rally will be held at 11:30 a.m. EST in front of the main entrance of the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena. The UWM Alumni Association will have T-shirts, beads and pompoms, and the UWM pep band and UWM cheerleaders will be there to get you in the Panther spirit.

My roommate and I are also staying at this hotel. What are your plans for getting downtown/to the arena? Are you renting a car once you get down there or are you going to use public transportation?

Those of you who are going, how are you getting there? And how much are you paying?
