Apologies if it's mentioned somewhere else.

From the "Tracking the Bracket" ...
(d) If two tied teams met twice during the regular season and one of the two won both games, the winner shall be awarded the higher position.
(e) If two tied teams met once during the regular season or split in two games during the regular season, compare each tied team’s record against the team occupying the highest position in the standings and continue down through the standings until one team gains the advantage, thereby winning the higher position.
(f) If three or more teams are tied, compare the combined record of each of the tied teams against the other teams involved in the tie until an advantage is gained (example: Team A’s combined record against both Team B and Team C as compared to Team B’s combined record against A and C, etc.).
(g) If the provisions of (f) above fail to resolve a tie involving three or more teams, compare each of the tied teams’ records against the team occupying the highest position in the standings and continue down through the standings until the tie is reduced to a two-team tie (at which time refer to items (d) and (e) above) or until the tie is broken.
(h) If the above provisions fail to resolve a tie, the team with the higher RPI (according to the College Basketball News) for that season will receive a higher seed.

Right now if the season ended today, UWM would be the No. 2 seed, since it split with Butler and is 1-1 against third-place Wright State. Butler is 1-0 against Wright State, however it hasn't played them a second time.

in that case Butler's stretch of 3 games in 5 days couldn't be anymore important. thankfully 2 of those 3 are on the road vs. quality opponents.

If you were saying that if butler played the same amount of games as what we have so far, then yes uwm would be the second seed... IMO there is no way Butler wins out...once we get a little home cookin' we will win out....

Correct, my bad. UWM would be the No. 1 seed.
I've just been in the habit of looking at the loss column ... Still not used to the unbalanced scheduling of this league since Youngstown State joined.

The loss at WSU and GB hurt. On the other hand if Loyola winds up in third, which could happen if they win out, Butler losing one to them will hurt the Bulldogs
