Thus far, IMHO, it is a toss up between Boo and AT - but I gave Boo the nod.

Boo provides offense. AT provides more, in my opinion. This year, he embodies what Jeter is trying to accomplish. Kick the ball down low, bang the glass. He also finds the open man much better than Boo.
Chris Hill is a solid player. He is a great passer and a good defender. The late-game credentials just boost his case. However, when he is in a fast break, I find that if there are 2 Panthers to one defender, he will take the layup or shot himself, even though the other guy would probably have a much better chance at the bucket. Also, this is a case for Most VALUABLE player, which would knock out all point guards right away. Avo, Allan Hanson, and Chris Hill are all solid performers, but they negate each other for obvious reasons.
Jason McCoy...you never know what he's going to do. He usually has one good stat. Sometimes points(I loved the 2 Threeball game) or rebounds. He doesn't get a lot of straight up blocks. Most of his blocks are the highlight reel swatters that end up out of the court.
Joah hasn't played up to everyone's expectations, but he is still the spark that lights our team. We can't automatically drop him to 3rd because he rarely gets in foul trouble, gets to the line more than anyone else, rebounds and scores consistently, and doesn't force the ball.
Anyone wanna vote Nick Hansen MVP? He's the MVP of the bench. On his feet and cheering. I like those guys.

Difficult choice, indeed. I think this is a testament to the team's balance. I am glad that Jimmy mentioned McCoy. In terms of his energy etc., his role on this year's team reminds me of that of James Wright from last year.
