I was just in the Bookstore and there was talk of a Pep Rally going on before the game...does anyone know of specifics? I *think* it's in Rosemont at the Doubletree @ 4:30, but need confirmation. Anyone? Bueller??....  |

A game-time Panther party will also be held in the ballroom. Locally, the UWM Union Gasthaus will be open for Thursday's game beginning at 5 p.m. A smoke-free, no-alcohol viewing area will be set up in the UWM Union Ballroom.

Plans for the pre-game party and Chicago viewing party are moving forward nicely. The place is gonna be quite decked out in UWM colors. Its gonna be a great atomosphere. Same goes for the Gasthaus viewing party. If didn't get tickets, these two parties are gonna be the next best thing. If your planning on watching the game at the Gasthaus, make sure to get there early. Doors open at 5:00 and we are gonna be packed for sure. There will also be a second soda/beer bar set up at the Gasthaus for the game to accomadate the crowd best. Capacity of the place is only 550, and it will be checked...trust me on that For both previous games there were was standing room only, and during the bama game we had to turn a few people away too. For Thrusday, there will plenty of viewing oppertiuntied in the Union for the game. Its gonna be everywhere in the building. GO PANTHERS!!! |
