I respect you for posting civily but I as well as all the others on this board would greatly appreciate it if you dropped the old wrinkly subject and kept talking bball instead. There's plenty to talk about besides some tired grudge match.

first i'm a girl, not a guy just to clear that up  also this entire thread is about what illinois fans wrote on a message board, which is the entire reason i said anything about it in the first place, to talk purely about basketball i'd move to another thread |

maybe my tone has been percieved wrong. I am not trying to be mean, sometimes I'm overly sarcastic. I like Krush05, he/she is actually normal! I'm just sick of the same old thing being discussed on every thread.

I have read the transcripts and just about every history book there is about this from both ends and from different source, and I for one still hate the British for trying to F' stuff up in our American Colonies. How dare those lowlife British do that!

yeah dont worry i totally understand that, its insane how many threads on our board are dedicated to this or how peple will try to talk about other things when the thread will be called like 'auggie had a great game'
also why i'm trying to stick to only talking about this on this board...i do like that you guys have threads on the match-ups, i havent seen a lot of those on ours
congrats on getting this far to all of you guys, sweet 16 on a 12 seed and beating alabama and bc...thats impressive

caple was really cool, and hes 43 years old and still drank with us all day and stayed up talking with us til 6am...one of the coolest things ever...and after last week his wife is going with him to north carolina...i swear he behaved himself at u of i!

I started this thread only because there is like 12 pages of junk like I posted from the very begining. So it was a pretty large assumption to lump all fans into it....that being said it clearly looks like that the contingency of "orange crush/krush?" fans that want to talk intelligent about hoops come here. hmmmmmm, that's why your coach has so much class he learned it in a good place.
