I can't get through either word. I've looked on some sites and the cheapest prices I've seen on ebay is around 150 for upper level seats and there's another site where I found 4 seats for 75 each which isn't too bad. I just heard it's 120.00 for student tix.

Thanks a lot PantherPrincess, if not for you I would still be on the phone at home. I found out that I will know by tonight or tommorow morning if I got in, and there was only one lady on the phone when I was there answering calls.

I think they are short staffed because of the break...It is probably only a couple of the full time staff helping everyone who wants tickets!! After UWM Wins, tickets for the Elite 8 game should be very easy to find on the street with all of the Illini fans trying to get rid of the tickets that they have gobbled up.

OK, so I know the list is absolutely ridiculous, but I got through to get my name on the list at about 11:15 today, and I was at the game in cleveland...do you think I'll be able to get the 2 tickets that I would sell my soul to the devil for??? I just HAVE to be at this game, I haven't missed one yet!!

Priority goes to season-ticket holders and people who were in Cleveland, then to other season-ticket holders. Not sure if it's going to go much further than that.

In fact, while a waiting list for the general public continues to be made, all of UWM's tickets have likely been accounted for thanks to season ticket holders and students. The UWM Ticket Office is continuing to process calls and orders and should be able to alert anyone on the waiting list to their status sometime Tuesday morning. UWM has received an allotment of 1,250 tickets for the game. Priority is being given to season ticket holders and students who attended the games in Cleveland, followed by other season ticket holders and students. Tickets are being sold in a $120 package that includes two Thursday games and the Saturday game. Fans that still want to get on a waiting list should additional tickets open up can call 414-229-5886.

This is a very fair way of doing the ticket allotment in my opinion. Just look at how big time schools such as Illinois had to do their allotment. Prirority is given by the contribution level starting at the $XX,XXX level and then it works down from there. From what I heard many season ticket holders who donate hundreds or even a low thousand dollar mark were denied Tourney tickets. Plus--the allotment that students got was fairly limited. And most of the Illini fans who are paying more for their tickets are the older adults who sit back and clap every once and a while. They weren't too loud in Indy!
