I saw so many people that got knocked down and stepped on after we all rushed the court and considering that same thing happened to me 2 years ago when we beat Butler I ddi what i could to try and help anyine that i coukd and I really hope that no one was hurt seriously in any way. Hopefully everybody is ok becasue that would really not be a good thing to have happen.
Well anyway after a game like that i have to try and get some kind of rest which most likely will last til about mid-day tomorrow so take care everybody and hope to see you all sunday for the selection show.

That was so surreal, I was right next to Dutch in the fourth row and it seemed like all the rows in front of us just collapsed.... I jumped, I twisted, I summersaulted and when I finally got on the floor I freaked out. I couldn't believe it... what a game... I'm going to go take my meds now and hold off this impending heart attack.

There was a girl down in front of me, the blame needs to fall on the retarded event security having a rolled up carpet at the edge of the court and not removing the poles which strap together during the game. How can your planning be so pitiful that you act completely surprised by the situation. The wisconsin center district runs stuff like sh*t and it shows.

I got hit in the mouth with a fist or elbow or something, but it wasn't that bad. I didn't see anyone on the ground, but I was hugging too many people (PAUSE) to notice. That was insane.

speaking of sh*tty security, did you see when that kid climbed on the back of the bball hoop, and had one security gaurd pulling on each leg, like seriously how dumb can you be, what, do you think the kid is going to split in half, that kid was pretty dumb too but i got a good laugh out of it, takes some balls to do that. And i love when the crowd starts cheerin eggin him on and security just starts panicing, so funny.

I got a bruise under my eye from a "front row ho's" gigantic camera. It happened in the first half & not during the rush, but I still feel like bit@hing about it. By the way, I am now an official hater of front row ho's and their man-whore counter parts.
I did have tons of fun at the game and I am so glad that I did not die of a heart attack in the last 10 seconds of the game!

That was the best rushing thus far at UWM. The one against Butler 2 years ago, was great but we knew it was coming from the first half onwards. The rush at the Klotsche Center over CSU was good because we just won the conference, same with BUtler this year. But by far the rush on tuesday was the best. Until the last second you didn't know if you would even be able to rush. When Cotton's shot fell short and the buzzer sounded that was the best feeling I've ever had! ;D ;D

i just dont remember what happened all I know is that I took a few steps forward once cotton got the ball and was on the hard wood when the ball was still in the air....mighta been a little premature but it was fun none the less....plus just the whole deal of some students being on the basketball hoop and what not I believe was a nice touch even if it may have been classless it was funny to see it

i was in the front row in the student section, on the right side of the basket (if you're facing the court). i was packed in there was a friend of mine and some people i had met that night, one of whom was a cute asian girl, bout 5'2". well anyhow, when we finally rushed the court, my friend got out ahead of me and about midcourt i saw her go down...and about 2 steps later i felt myself going down. it's at this point i should inform you i'm about 6'0" (6'1" on a good day) and run about 245 (i play rugby for UWM), anyhow. well while i'm falling down i looked down and see the asian girl that had been standing in front of me all night, and she's right where i'm going to fall, . so as a reflex i put my hands out to try and hold myself up from crushing this girl. i brace myself and for what felt like forever i just keep feeling more and more people falling on my back. took everything i had not to collapse onto her. i just keep saying to her, "i'm gonna try and hold myself up, but i don't know how much i can hold" lol. luckly, one of the players, i think it was joah tucker, came over and started pulling people off of me and then finally helped me up. lol, so that's my funny little "rushing the court" story. thank you to joah or whoever it was that helped me up. great game everyone, and i hope to see you all at the SLection Sunday party tomorrow at the Ghouse. see ya when i see ya.
