What irony... we shoot like crap from the line, but end up winning the game from the stripe. All my communication will come in the form of typing, as I have lost my voice. AT is the man!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As happy as I am to get the win, I just dont think we can come out that flat in the tourney. I don't want a one-and-out. Hopefully the players will temper their respective celebrations and focus on the next task. I want Milwaukee to go DEEP !!!
GO PANTHERS!!!

THat was an incredible game! the game was great, some of the bandwagon fans at the game were annoying and only there for the chance to be on ESPN, but hey what can ya do? great job everyone in the student section for the noise, and not too many injuries from the storming of the court i hear, that's always good. great game everyone, i'm thinking...selection sunday party in the ghasthouse (spl?)? i'll be there hope to see you all. see ya when i see ya.

I don't think it was a flat performance on anyone's part (except, of course, for the officials). I just think it was an extremely hard-fought game with the tempo dictated by the opposing team, the officials and the extra-long media timeouts. As for the missed free throws, it seems there is no way to simulate the type of pressure players face in a game of that magnitude -- 23 wins (11 on the road), a regular-season title by a landslide margin, huge wins against Air Force and Hawaii and basically the fate of the season rests on one shot.

Given the situation that we did lose to Detroit, then recieved an At Large would have made all that hardwork really pay off. But...I guess we'll really never know now.

hopefully all the hard work the panthers put in this year will be rewarded with a better seed than 14. any ideas of what we will pull? im hoping for a 12 it would be awesome to get an 11 seed, but highly unlikely.

I think a 12 might be out of reach. My guess is probably a 13 or 14, hopefully a 13.

UWM will get a 12 or a 13 at worst...We will not go as low as a 14....A few years ago when we were here we were not as good and our RPI was much worse and we got a 12 I believe.....Not sure...
Alot is up in the air with the major conference tourneys still to come....My bet is we score a 12 seed

If you consider we are 30/31 in the AP/ESPN/USA today polls, that would put us at something like a 8-9 seed. Now we don't see that happening, but I would be surprised to see anything lower than a 12. Also you have to consider all those crappy small conferences that send one team every year. They are the ones that fill the 15's and 14's not us. I know the Horizon is pretty craptacular, but come on guys we dominated this year. See everyone at GHouse on Sunday.

Congrats on the victory. UWM has Sweet 16 potential and I'd love to see it happen. It's already been really nice seeing Jimmy Collins NOT in the tourney. Screw Illinois and screw Jimmy Collins. UWM needs to lock Pearl up for a long long time

Boise State beat Nevada last night, so having a team like BS, Rice, or Fresno State win the WAC will be good for the Panthers since that would be one more team that would likely be seeded around a 13-14 seed and would help the Panthers in securing a 12 seed.
