Didn't the announcer say last night that the game was sold out?? Are you talking about the announcer at the game? Maybe we should let him answer......haha  Or were you talking about Bill Johnson on the radio, or the guys doing the game from ESPN? According to the info. from the US Cellular Arena website, it holds 11,358 for basketball games.......so we were pretty close to a sellout, but not quite. |

Yes it was sold out. Students bought up some of the extras in the corners then packed into the student section. And again, seats have been removed in the "VIP table" area ... so in its current configuration it was at capacity.
One of the coolest things about last night ... walking to the Arena and someone holding up two fingers, saying "I need two tickets."
That's when I knew it was definitely sold out.

Are you talking about the announcer at the game? Yes I was. That makes sense with the VIP areas, and the student section was certainly overcrowded, so I believe that. |
