Ed is having an amazing season. Next year I expect him to really bust out. He should get Horizon League Newcomer of the Year, despite 2-3 off games. He's been critical to our CHAMPIONSHIP!

Why dont we give Ed a few more touches every game? Clearly he can create his own shots from the arc. We need another consistant 3pt threat. Obviously that isnt going to happen, so I imagine giving Ed more shots would only help.

I couldn't agree more. Next year I think that it will be Ed's team but for the time being i think he is taking a back seat to DP. However I do think he should get some more touches due to DP's injury and the fact that he is an outstanding threat off the dribble and behind the arc!

Too bad he stands outside the arc too much. He would be much better suited slashing. He has the hops to be able to do this and create off the dribble. Hes quick enough to cause problems cutting across the lane as well..

Ed McCants only downfall is he sits outside the arc too much.

True, he does have to work on creating his own shots more but if I hit over 120 threes in one season (Juco) I'd be sure I got those shots off from behind the arc too.
It's not like he shoots too many threes cause his percentages are good, it's just that he needs to work on creating more for himself. Considering that he is our only guard that can hit threes I wouldn't try and shy him away from that part of his game.

Joah does what Ed could do in lane driving. I am pleased that Ed plays his role and still excels. I agree next year Ed might garner National attention without Dylan in there because the points have to come from somewhere. I wish the GB dunk was played on Sportscenter a few times. You need the flash for the attention.
