I just want to say thank you to Panther seniors Dylan Page, Nate Mielke and Kalombo Kadima for their hard work and dedication the last few years and the part they played in getting UWM basketball to a higher level. It seems like all three have been around a long time and they will be remembered for the contributions on the court and also for their professionalism off it.
Now Bruce Pearl hits the road to replace these quality individuals with a new class of Panthers for the fall. I think he has a good start in Wimmer, McCoy, Davis, Ford and Passley, but boy would Dupree Fletcher look great in the black and gold.
I believe we have a solid base with which to continue to build upon with four starters returning of which 3 were only sophomores this season.
Page, Mielke and Kadima....thanks for the memories and best of luck in all you do in the future, you will always be a part of Panther tradition.
Only one month to the early recruiting signing period and only less than 7 months until practice begins in the fall. Go Panthers in '04-'05!!!
