Not trying to put the cart ahead of the horse here (still have to win tonight) but ...
JS reported today that if UWM wins tonight, there is a STRONG possibility that it could host either UNLV or Boise State this weekend, preferrably Sunday night after the NCAA games conclude across the street.
The logical thinking here is that if UNLV or Boise State wins that game they will be playing at Marquette on Tuesday, thus making it very convenient on travel schedules and budgets ... both for the teams and NIT representatives.
I'm hoping it plays out this way should UWM win. I'm out of town this weekend so I won't get to see the Sunday game anyway, but I'm looking ahead to a potential game against Marquette on Tuesday. I don't get back in town until Tuesday morning, so I am very worried that should UWM advance to face MU they would be playing on Monday. That would suck ... for me!
