Not only does UWM play at Northern Iowa next year, but we are set to play in the first regular season game there. That will be one heck of a game which will most likely be sold out and a great college basketball environment. According to the Panther news release on Sept. 27 announcing our schedule, "- Future UWM basketball schedules are already being created. In addition to completing a number of existing home-and-home series next season, the Panthers will start a home-and-home series with Northern Iowa next year. That game will open a new arena in Cedar Falls, with UNI returning to Milwaukee for the 2007-08 campaign. " uwmpanthers.collegesports.com/sports/m-baskbl/spec-rel/092705aab.htmlFor those already excited about the game, Cedar Falls is in Central Iowa and is 4 hours and 50 minutes from Milwaukee according to map quest. It's a pretty long trip, but I'm sure it will be well it!
