So far, the roster for next season looks to be pretty much as expected. There has been one player going into the portal: Kalvina Eubanks, leaving after two seasons. She didn't get a lot of playing time.
Kendall Nead and Grace Crowley, who did play a lot last season were the only two players listed as seniors on the roster. Angie Cera and Lior Halevi were listed as juniors on the roster, but were honored on Senior Day. Three players listed as freshmen for 23-24, Izzy Pugh, Payton Rechhlicz, and Sophia Rampulla, red-shirted. Jorey Buwalda was the only freshman to play. Sophomore Hallie Majoros missed the entire season due to a knee injury.
The key returning players are Kami Peppler and Jada Donaldson in the back court, and Buwalda and Anna Lutz in the front court. In addition to the redshirts from last season, the Panthers have two players signed to come in as freshmen, Kallie Peppler and CeCe McNair, and one verbal commit, Kendall Barnes.

Milwaukee now has a player coming in via the portal: mkepanthers.com/news/2024/4/18/womens-basketball-adds-transfer-kacee-baumhower-to-incoming-class.aspxSeems like a good get: experienced, double-digit scorer last season on a decent Wright State team. The panthers.com article has Baumhower as one of three incoming players, along with the two freshmen signees. No reference was made to the player who committed verbally. The WBB Blog which is my source for this info still lists Kendall Barnes as a verbal commit to Milwaukee but not as having signed an NLI.

I was aware that Robert Morris and Youngstown State had replaced their coaches; both had resignations in season and announced successors shortly after their seasons ended.
Somehow I completely missed the announcement two weeks ago that Kevin Borseth retired as coach at Green Bay. A former player on his Sweet 16 team is expected to be named coach in his place.
Northern Kentucky "agreed to part ways" with their coach earlier this month, and a replacement has been announced.
In recent years Cleveland State, Purdue Fort Wayne and Wright State have replaced coaches. The Youngstown State Coach who just left had recently taken over from a successful coach who got hired away, as was the case with Wright State. And there was the kerfuffle at Detroit Mercy a couple of seasons ago.
With all the turnover, Kyle Rechlicz now has to be one the longest tenured coaches in the league, if not the dean of coaches.

The Panthers announced another transfer for next fall: Grace Lomen from UW-Parkside. She averaged 7.4 points per game off the bench. Shoots the three ball at a .325 clip.

Per the WBB blog, Vanessa Jurewicz is leaving the Panthers. She transferred in last season. She played some early last season, but saw less and less court time as the season wore on.

Kendall Barnes has now signed her NLI. The guard was the third of three freshmen recruits to do so. The Panthers will have five new faces this fall, with two transfers coming in as well.
