Does anyone here have any idea what in the world the Packers had in mind when they took a quarterback in the draft instead of a wide receiver?! Hasn't A-Rod repeatedly said he intends to play into his 40s?! Didn't this franchise come within just one game of the Super Bowl last year? Help me understand what the plan is for next year (if there is a 2020 season).

I totally agree that this team is not one or two or even three players away. www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/29113276/2020-nfl-draft-surprises-why-did-packers-eagles-draft-quarterbacks-jordan-love-jalen-hurts

we got to within 1 game of the super Bowl, yes but we overachieved in getting there. we were never in either 49ers game last season. i'm not sure if there will be a full season this year, i actually doubt it.

My favorite part of Love's scouting report is most of his weaknesses are the same as Jameis Winston's. An NFL.com analyst compared his game to Blake Bortles too. TBD if the coaching change at USU is the reason why he struggled last season.

Cue the Gong Show Theme. Has anyone read Bob McGinn's column yet? Yikes! The pro personnel guys HATE this pick!!! Has Bob McGinn written anything resembling an unbiased look at the Packers for the last fifteen years? I don't know who in the Packer organization offended him, but McGinn has been carrying a grudge against the Packers for a long time. For the last several years he wrote for the Journal Sentinel, i made a point of not reading his "coverage" of the team. You can persuade me that Jordan Love was a bad pick. Just offer me something from someone who is not a knee-jerk critic like McGinn.

Rodgers will , if he plays like this all year, reach 400 TD passes for his career. becoming only the 7th QB ever to throw that many.

According to Fox, three Packers past and present have been with the franchise for at least 16 seasons. Who are they?
