I know there are still a few regular season games to be played, but here's how the conference tournament bracket is shaping up through last night's games. www.horizonleague.org/staticfiles/2004_trackingbracket.pdfI'm hoping UIC moves up to the #2 or #3 seed so we wouldn't have to worry about them until the championship game. They're only a half game behind Wright St for the #3 seed as of now. I think odds are that we'll have to play our semifinal game at Hinkle too. Butler just has to win at home in their 1st round game against one of the bottom feeders in the league (Cleveland St, YSU, or Loyola) and all the Friday/Saturday games will be played at Hinkle. Hopefully the championship game will be back in Milwaukee at least There's still a lot of basketball to be played so things could change some, but probably not too much. Any others have thoughts?...

I have a feeling UIC will move up into the No. 3 or No. 2 position, since UWGB and Wright State play each other still and UIC plays both (although on the road).
I agree, having UIC in the other half would be better, then UWM wouldn't have to face UIC in the semifinals on a neutral court at Hinkle. It would be nice if Butler dropped down to No. 6 as well, so UWM wouldn't have to face them in the semifinals on their home court. Butler is currently tied with Detroit for No. 5 but holds the tiebreaker (I believe they have another game against each other yet).
I forsee Wright State dropping down to the No. 4 seed and being UWM's opponent in the semifinals. UWGB will be No. 2 and will beat No. 3 UIC in the semifinals to advance to the championship ... against UWM ... at the Cell.
Kevin Hughes ... your beating awaits.
