The fact that our team played exceptional at a tough place to play made me very happy, but then when I saw McCants do what he did to that rim I was very, very, very happy to see that we have a player that explosive. It was pretty upsetting to see that the dunk wasn't on sportscenter's top 10. I may be bias, but it was one of the best dunks I've ever seen and you would think they would have sent that in.

The problem is that it was on Fox not ESPN. I thought it should be on the top 10 too.

I knew it was on Fox but you think they would have sent it in to ESPN. They made it the play of the game like right after it happened. Oh well, life of a mid major.

The dunk was amazing.....perhaps the rarest part of it is that a UWM player making such a dazzling dunk was actually caught on tape.
Isn't it funny that we have to look outside the Milw. area to get tape of one of our players making a highlight reel play like that?
If only our own media would stick around and shoot more tape of our games.....*snap*....oh, sorry, was in a dreamland there for a sec......

That dunk was just SICK! Just an interesting tidbit....... I don't know if anyone has noticed, but EM always jumps off of his right leg and dunks with his left hand (except for this one which was right leg and right hand)........that is very unusual (and usually very difficult) for a right handed player.

Does any one have a still from video or some how a photo of the dunk they could post? I am curious to see just how high McCants was...on TV it looked like he had some serious air.
Probably wishful thinking...

The one game that JohnJay doesn't go to! haha just messing with you JJ. ;D In my experience, it has been next to impossible to get a still like this, but maybe we will get lucky and someone with some "skills" can hook us up. Anyone, ......... anyone, ...........anyone?

UWM just can't win. The saturday game is usually replayed today on Fox sports net @1, but today the felt the need to put the Wisconsin vs. Northwestern womans game on . For you that have digital cable and have the Fox Sports Package (channel107-109 On Time Warner Cable), I would look to see if there is going to be a replay on those channels. They replay games all week.

I remember a certain dunk at the MECCA about 8 years ago from one pnther30 that would rival ed's slam saturday at calihan. A fastbreak dunk over a defender (I believe Cleve. St.) that was one of the best I had ever seen. Unfortunately it was not a televised game, but was caught on the game tape. I think pnther30 has probably watched that clip a few hundred times.

As for pnthr30, he did have a few nasty white boy dunks in his day. But I won't mention the lob he missed this past weekend in a church ball game because he supposedly hit his elbow on the rim, I mean padding. Edit: Just messing with you sundevil.

We have a hard core fan in the house folks! It is impressive that one of the 100 or so fans from back in the day is still following the program. haha You are right kaygee, it was against CSU.........and yes, I have watched it a "couple" of times. ;D Welcome to the board.

For all you "old school" UWM fans, let's not forget Craig Greene's monster put back dunk of HIS OWN MISSED THREE POINT SHOT!!! Unbelievable. For the 525 fans in attendance, I don't think a single one was in his/her respective seat after that one.

How one man can tip-dunk his own 3 pointer is beyond me. I have seen it done only twice. Once by Craig Greene and once by Antoine Walker - when he was still in high school. Amazing! On a side note, The first time I went down to UWM to play after I graduated from high school Craig Greene went over my back for a tip-dunk .................. and I was on his team! I was near the rim, and I think his elbows hit my hands as he caught it and threw it threw. haha

Craig was absolutely the most prolific dunker in UWM history. I don't think anyone even comes close.
If I'm not mistaken, pnthr30, you once told me of Craig's dunk from the free throw line - OFF OF TWO FEET!
