Back within 11. It’s unlikely the Panthers come back, but I’m feeling a bit better now than I was at halftime. 2nd half has been much much better offensively, but still giving up 40 pts with 3 mins left this half. |

Well, the guys battled their tails off in the second half. Could have easily folded after that first half.
Fortunately, as far as I know, we are done with the dominant 7-footer portion of our schedule.

Refs seemed to keep this from getting closer than it could've. Really made sure the spread was beaten.

Pullian and Howell played really well, but until this team can handle the ball with more discipline and control, they will be prone to these kind of games. I’m impressed with their level of resolve after that atrocious first half.

A double double in d2… and to be frank he hasn’t shown anything to deserve playing time. What can he show lol he's playing garbage minutes does not get any balls passed to him down low .. and gets pulled the minute he farts on the court! and what about Baker tonight ? not need I guess . Only guy from the Baldwin era getting mintues is #1 You start #20 tonight againt #33 give him the same mintues walkon Howell got and just maybe we cover. |

One thing I will give the Mocs: BL says that Stephens is the best big man you'll find outside of a power conference. He’s excellent. Rand needs to come up big tonight for us, and I believe that he will. Most the teams Chat town has played don’t have the rim protectors that we do. Well Stephens was as good as advertised. Disappointed that we played so poorly in the first half. It was bad. Still, we did look much better in the 2nd half. There goes the At Large bid 😉. Keep winning the conference games. |
