A long athletic guard. Fits exactly what Lundy is trying to do with the roster.

I just saw some film of him earlier today. I am ecstatic he’s coming here. Bart is starting to build a pipeline in Minnesota now with him and Diew coming in! The only thing I’m worried about is his small frame. He might get bullied

JT is 6'7 180 lbs. If Makuei eats a few Juicy Lucy's and spends some time in the weight room, he should be near the frame type of JT once the first game arrives - and I don't recall seeing JT getting bullied this past season.

Not necessarily JT but he is easily moved in the post if someone backs him down His length makes up somewhat for his lack of body mass and the ability for opponents to back him down. He's usually guarding guys that are 6'4, 6'5 at the most, if not shorter. His block numbers are very good for a guard, and I'm assuming we'll see similar things from Makuei if he puts on the weight I expect him to in the coming months. We'll see, but I'm not near as concerned with this aspect of his game as you. An interesting aspect of this debate is we have had some pretty good rim protectors in Rand and Bol this past year, and we don't have anyone that appears to be able to fill that role for next year. (at least, yet) That could change some opponents' offensive schemes in terms of having their guards try to back down some of the thinner frames.
