Any thoughts on the 2023 class that has been brought in. I am giving a C+, mainly because of size. I know you can play small ball but your team has to be a lot more talented. I hope a big in portal sees that there is a huge opportunity to play for UWM.

One name to keep a close eye on is Elijah Hutchins-Everett. I'm hearing he is planning to make his decision soon. If that means within a few days, or a few weeks, I'm not sure. All I know is that it will be soon, and we seem to be in play.

Probably comes down to 2 things for EHE. Sounds like he visited or is visiting TCU. Obviously he will likely get a huge NIL from them but he also will have to fight for PT. Here, he is an instant starter playing 25-30 minutes.
Tough choice of money vs playing time.
For every transfer up that works, I'd say more likely do not. Ask Tanner Holden and Grant Basile for an honest answer between staying at WSU and where they went.

I don't know if it's been expressly stated on the board, but we know that he has visited our campus.

"As a group, I really like where we are and what we have moving forward," Lundy said. "We are extremely dynamic offensively. There are still some rebounding concerns and we need some size, so we're still chasing guys down. But what we have in what I think are really important spots is a lot of depth and a lot of dynamic players. "We're going to be extremely hard to guard."

Can't wait until 2024 when we can put that stupid P5 label away.

What do you expect Lundy to say? I would hope he would speak highly of our guys. Him saying "we will be hard to guard" is coach speak. Now, I do believe him. But let's not act like because "we will be hard to guard" we don't have to still make some moves to get big men on this roster.

Its more fun when you dont let facts get in the way of the narrative though.
