I looked into this and it sounds like the transfer exemption rule is only for D1 to D1. Since Vincent is coming from D2, he technically has to sit out next year. So dumb. That isn't true. It doesn't matter what division he is transferring from. The immediate eligibility rule is for first time transfers only. This kid already transferred once. Not my interpretation based on the link below. But I could be wrong because I can’t keep up with any of this. But he did go from Incarnate World (D1) to Purdue University Northwest (D2).
