Looks to be the rebounder we’ve been lacking. I’ll look for some highlight videos and other articles on him, and post those below. But should be a nice addition to the squad!

Averaged 7.2 his freshman year in D1 ball in rebounds and 11.5 last season in D2. Those are impressive numbers on the boards!
Looks like a solid foul shooter. Terrible three point shooter.

Yet the MKE_MBB did not even mention this newest comittment... (least not yet...) Why does it seem like Dre Gholston is doing more to build the team for next year than anyone on the staff? Forgive me for being skeptical but this is all really weird, would not have happened even under Jeter's very mild-mannered/tight-lipped regime and I expect more clarity from our coaches. Pat Jr. is not committing? Ok, no big deal (well kind of a big deal but-)- let's "get on with it". The future cannot remain on pause indefinitely.

Hey, there are some other kids at Purdue Northwest with really good numbers! Let's get on the horn!

The university will announce it once he signs the LOI. I don’t recall ever seeing an official announcement based solely on a commitment tweet.

Ok, at least I'm just an idiot. Though it has been strangely quiet since the season ended. Since the Wright State epic comeback and momentum into what seemed like a sure-fire great squad for next season.... there has not been a lot of great news.
A commit, even one I didn't know was on our radar is always a good thing. Now we need to go get about 4-5 more.

Too bad we didn’t announce PBJ when the rumors were coming out. Would have made it really awkward for him to go to Duke.

Some stat lines for Vincent:
- @ Bowling Green: 20 points, 10 rebounds, two steals and a block, 8-13 FG - @ Ohio: Six points, 10 rebounds in 20 minutes (foul trouble) - @ Valpo: 17 points, 16 rebounds, four assists, three steals, 6-10 FG and 2-3 3PT - Played for Purdue-Northwest and existed in the same room as Rick Costello multiple times without punching him, displaying excellent self-control.

"Due to current NCAA transfer requirements, he will have to sit out the 2021-22 season but will have three years of eligibility remaining."
Hard to keep track of transfer rules these days, but this is disappointing. Would have provided excellent depth at the 4 and 5 positions.

I looked into this and it sounds like the transfer exemption rule is only for D1 to D1. Since Vincent is coming from D2, he technically has to sit out next year. So dumb.

Geeh. Disappointing. Yet, playing time would be tough at the 4.

Geeh. Disappointing. Yet, playing time would be tough at the 4. I imagine this will be most beneficial to Vin Baker Jr. and Kyle Ross.
