"Disappointing night, to say the least," Baldwin said. "We spotted Detroit a ton of points and dug ourselves a hole. Fifty-five points in the first half, you're not going to beat anybody like that. Our guys had to respond, and they did. They gave us an opportunity to get back into the game by making some plays late, but we didn't make enough of them."
I would say that is a true statement. Not sure why young men come out flat.

Nice comeback. Lucas shut down Davis in second half but others were terrible at defensive end. Freshmen mistakes hurt down the stretch. Silly fouls put the Titans on the line and with an empty gym it was like practice for them. If the opponent plays an extended zone we need inside players who can finish at the hoop. Our guards penetrate with some success but but our bigs rarely are there for the dish or put back. Finally weak side defense was terrible. We have got to be quicker. Otherwise second half was good. This league is pretty even from top to bottom from what I see. No time to panic but need to get back on track.

Was UWM playing games at various high schools throughout the area?

Was kind of a weird deal that year. They played at WBHS a couple times, at Baker and also a few games at the Milwaukee Arena, original home of the Milwaukee Hawks!!!

In order to reduce costs, will we split games between the two venues next year? The present arrangement can't be all that cost-effective.
