Love the added bonuses of the beer special, taco special, kids jersey giveaway, and mascot game. Hope they keep up this type of marketing, I'm sure it helps attract fans. (my son enjoyed the "flosscam" as well!) Adam and company try to do the best job they can with the cards handed to them! The promos the last two season have been great!

I assume the digital advertising referenced in Adam Schemm's tweet includes billboards. In my brief winter visits to Milwaukee over the last three years, I have noticed digital billboards near downtown that advertise upcoming games. I like that. Of course, to be effective, it must be part of a comprehensive marketing strategy, consistent winning and enthusiasm/pride for the program, which hopefully will return someday.
As stated in this thread, it appeared there were more people on the side of the arena not typically shown in camera shots. A simple, no-cost marketing effort would be to show more people at the games in camera shots, especially for the My24 and FS Wisconsin games. It seems like an easy correction to make.
Drawing from my experience as a GCU season ticket holder, I have observed GCU master this concept. It's ticket reps regularly email, text and/or call ticket holders to ask if they plan on using their tickets for specific upcoming games. They have volunteer student "sitters" sit in unoccupied seats that are regularly shown on TV to minimize the potential for showing empty seats in camera shots. This is for seats that are empty because of no shows and those that are eventually occupied by late arrivals. For the rare hard-to-draw dates they ask people from the upper deck or other areas not regularly shown on TV to move down to seats that are regularly shown on TV.
The dynamics for GCU are obviously much different for UWM and some of these things could not be done at UWM. However, the point is the emphasis on making the best appearance possible on TV. After all, the whole idea of buying TV time is to advertise the program and make it look as good as possible.
Sidzills, could you please forward the suggestion to whoever has control over this?

LOL😂.
BTW, this was the first scene from Seinfeld I ever watched. I know I am probably the last person on Earth to have ever done so.

Turned out to be a nice win. Abram carried the team in the first half, and the whole team, for the most part, contributed in the second half. I know it had no bearing on the game, but it was nice to see Steve McClain get kicked out of the game. He should have been gone a long time before that, but it was nice to see him pout off the court like a child. He reminded me at least a little bit of a certain former coach in Green Bay with his ridiculous whiny antics. Would that make him pmpmck? Haha!

I can picture Snagglepuss shushing people from seat to seat: "If you go sit in THAT seat for this camera shot, you might get a participation trophy!!" But please, swing your arms when you walk! Am I right, ghostofdylan???

Maybe the AD can order the track team to practice at men’s basketball games by running to whatever section of seating at the Arena the camera might accidentally show as the game progresses. (It’s clear from the broadcasts that the camera operaters are doing everything they can not to show the seating bowl at all!)
People here are seriously suggesting Potemkin Village “solutions” to the fact that the fans have deserted the program. Amazing and sad.

You can troll from your couch like you have been for 3 years.
