I didn't see any particularly notable athleticism in PB Jr's game. I didn't expect to, either, given his age. He's still growing into his body. He might develop more explosiveness as he gets older, but that's hard to predict. What sets him apart are his skills, which are extraordinary for his height and age.
As for Wisconsin's "taste" in athletes, perhaps you haven't been paying attention lately.
