As long as he can shoot it's fine by me.

As long as he can shoot it's fine by me. He can and will shoot. I had him with eight 3-point tries and three makes ... and he loves to shoot from way downtown.

Overall impression, Im liking this team.
However, and I know pre-season blah blah, but we need to clean up the defensive assignments, on switches and help defense, we got beat a couple time on this, and come league play would could end up giving away alot of easy points.
This team came out on fire, and then it settled off, I think thats because the starters got pulled early 1st half. Some things to work on, but all in all good game
Oh BTW if you can't find the game and have twitter follow me @tjdunne I tweet way to much during games, so you can at least get game updates.

Panthers got outscored in the paint 40-32. I thought there was way too many three point shots taken by the Panthers. Some were bad shots that just keep on going in. How can you complain, right!
While AA is a threat from three, I would really like to see him start to score inside as well. AA was 3-9 from 3FG and 1-5 from 2FG.
Difference for Parkside was the play of Kendale McCullum (#10)who didn't play in the 1st half and played most of the 2nd half. Had some serious speed.

Guys, don't underestimate the absence of J.J. Panoske. He would have covered for a lot of defensive sins.
He's a pretty adept shot-blocker and will be the tallest guy on the court in most of our games.

With JJ out, I wanted to see other guys step up. Tiby and JJ can't be on the floor every minute.

With the Prahls and Dan Studer as backups, those two are going to be on the court the vast majority of the time.

Face it, J.J., Austin and Matt are going to need to play 30 to 35 minutes a game and Cody and Akeem will likely fill most of the leftover minutes.
Both, of course, can and will play the 2 and the 3.

I'm bummed that there's no live video or stats this year on mkepanthers.com as there was for exhibition games in years past That's not All.
