I went to my first Admirals game on Dec. 26st. Plan on going on April 14th & 15th. The South Goal Tap room is great! I love the tacos at the Arena! Yes, it has been disappointing having things closed during Panther games, but hard to have stands open with less than a 1,000 people in the building. Agreed, I'm sure it's tough to justify opening up for such small crowds but at the same time you aren't going to bring people back when they come to a game and everything is locked up. Can't a guy get some Sil's donuts during a game? Any word on other improvements being made? I thought I remember reading that there would be changes being made over a 3 year period. I've been very impressed with all of the changes they have made so far but there are still a few other things that could use improvements. I love the Southwest Grill, I had that at the Admirals game. It's stinks that it was only open once for the 2 for $5 tacos. I would think the next words coming out about the upgrades they will work on would not come out until May. Admirals need to see what worked and what did not. Most of the cost was done this past summer.

Not an upgrade, but a cool shot of the ice.

Not an upgrade, but the reason why our last two home games are in a high school gym...

You are defaming high school gyms!!! KC is in a whole category by itself - the basketball equivalent of Henry Aaron Field, another one of our fine facilities

I don't have a picture but heading to the Bradley Center last night, the two 50 foot signs that sit on the corners on 4th street that flash upcoming events, the stand has the logo of the Admirals, Wave & Roller Derby that lights up. It stood out and was a clean and crisp look to it.
Another well done add on by the WCD.

I have not been an NBA fan for a long time (have the playoffs started yet?), but I was back in the MECCA days. This is really cool. If I would be in town I would pay to go to that game. I love how the Bucks are featuring this in their season ticket promotion. We Panther faithful have a lot of reasons to feel sorry for ourselves right now, but we are fortunate to have our games played in the refurbished Arena.

While not technically an upgrade to the UWM Panther Arena, there has been a major upgrade to the Pavilion:

I thought it was a neat picture from this past Sunday. Not everyday you see a tennis court at the arena. Also, I love still seeing the new LED lights and the banner that are hung in the building.
