I apologize if this has been posted, but Lunardi has Wright St as a 16 seed playing Florida. What are the chances of getting stuck in one of the play in games if Milwaukee wins tomorrow?

I was there in 2003, 2004, 2005 & 2006, I don't recall seeing suits & ties, just alot gold t-shirts. I don't know man. Like I said I'm still trying to figure it out. I was planning to just wear gold. It was/is a student section leader thing. A few people wore suits last time; jparker and BlackPanther among them.

RPIs of 16 seeds in first-round game: 2013 Liberty - 290 NCAT - 205 James Madison - 169 Long Island - 184 2012 Lamar - 113Vermont - 129Miss Valley - 152 Western Kentucky - 171 2011 UTSA - 271 Alabama State - 260 UNCA - 141UALR - 196 Judging by the last three years, I'd say the potential is there. Of course, it'll depend on if the conferences below the Horizon hold serve or there are upsets. Of the teams that have qualified already: Coastal Carolina - 193 Eastern Kentucky - 100 Mercer - 80

I think that while there would be a chance, it would be slim. Lunardi's bottom 4 16 seeds (ESPN.com RPI) are as follows: Coastal Carolina (203) - IN Stony Brook (171) Alabama State (254) Wofford (164) The last 3 have not yet qualified, but are instead the highest remaining seed (or #1 seed) of their respective conference tourneys. If there was an upset, a team with a lower RPI would likely qualify. Milwaukee has an RPI of 141. WHEN we beat Wright State our RPI would likely increase to around 130-135 (not sure if the game would be considered a true road game because it is part of the conference tournament). Unless there were a bunch of upsets, we would almost certainly be a 16 seed, but not a part of the play-in.

Boy howdy do I not care what our seed might be. We certainly haven't earned anything but a 15/16 so why fret? All I care about is tomorrow. Just got my bus ticket and bought a new suit.

UWM just emailed all students about the game and they are having viewing parties at the Gasthaus and Sanburg Flicks. I will be taking the fan bus and hoping to reverse my luck of this season at games....I wanna dance in my senior year!

I don't see anyone fretting. I see a discussion on a discussion forum. It's actually pretty nice to see these again.

As far as I know, no 16 seed has beaten a 1 seed in the NCAA tournament. A little bit of me hopes we get a 16 instead of a 15 so we can change that...

We got a game to win.
