like Pop Fisher says in the Natural "I dont care nothing about the Series, win or lose, I'd be satisfied'. in the same way I don't care if the panthers have to play in a play in game or are pitted against Wisconsin the first round. what matters is that we got there. who among us entering the first round would have seriously predicted THIS?
I assume that there is nothing in the NCAA rules that would keep us from playing a first round game at the BC. But, I don't think that it would be against the Badgers. They normally don't have first round matchups against teams that have played previously. BUT, the latest Bracketology that I have seen has Michigan a 2 seed, also playing here. Wouldn't that be neat to play MI at the BC.
If tomorrow were selection sunday, we wouldn't even be one of the top two or three 16 seeds, unfortunately. And I highly doubt that beating RPI #164 Wright State will change that. It would be a miraculous gift from the selection committee if we got a #15 seed. :/

Forever known to the print & broadcast media as the UW-M, U-WM, UMW, Milwaukee-Wisconsin, Wisconsin-Mil, Wisc-Mil, Wisconsin, UW-Milwaukee, UW-Wisconsin, W-Milwaukee, UW-Mil, Wis-Mil, Wis-Milwaukee, Wisc.-Milwaukee, Wisconsin-Milw, MIL-WIS, WMIL, UWM-Milwaukee, UWM-Wisconsin, UWM, and Wisconsin-Milwaukee Panthers. Our name is FINE. I mean, Bucky calls themselves UW-Madison for sports, right? Wait... they don't? But why not?
i imagine they'll be a few teams with losing records sneaking in. so i dont think we'll be a 16. will be interesting to see if Lunardi has us in his field or if he picks Wrightv State to replace Green Bay.

I highly doubt we would get a game at the BC anyways. The higher seeds are supposed to get games close to home but I would think any #1 or #2 seed would be upset to play a #15 or #16 seed across the street from their home court.
