Only 4-2 5 mins in.
Nobody can score apparently.

BRUTAL 1st half.
I mean it's been a while since I saw a more careless, ugly, and downright pathetic half of basketball.
Both teams shot poorly but the Panthers are turning it over and getting terrible looks at the basket. I didn't think we would win this game but I was hoping for a better effort then what we've seen so far.
5 shots made in the 1st half. Five.

Jordan Aaron would have made no difference in this game. This is just bad basketball all around. I made the mistake of watching the UW/Iowa game before this. As much as I don't care about the Badgers, those were two teams knocking down their shots in a big game. To go from that to this game is frustrating to say the least.
Hard to believe Tuesday will be the last home game. The difference the last two weeks has made...

I did the same and completely agree...

Jordan Aaron would have made no difference in this game. How can you make that statement? I'm speaking from a competitive standpoint, not a win-or-loss one. After all, Jay-O scored 41 percent of the team's points on the road against the best team in the league. Anyway, who cares? The school's university and athletics administration sure don't. Why should we?

I will tell you this, we have donors that can buyout Jeter's contract. Anyone on this forum claiming otherwise is ridiculous.
We have many executives within the local economy alone that have deep pockets; our problem, like always, is reaching out to these people and putting together a plan of leadership.
I don't know any of these executives personally, but suggesting that we have to sit and wait out Jeter's contract is bull$hit. Braun needs to lead this athletic department and meet with some of these people or even I will give up.
I am so sick of watching this undisciplined team under Jeter's tenure just out of loyalty as an alumnus.

Another game's worth of uninspired play. It was like they knew they were going to lose before the opening tip. This is really starting to get old.

A couple weeks ago I though a CBI/CIT bid was our seasons worst case scenario...

A couple weeks ago I though a CBI/CIT bid was our seasons worst case scenario... Assuming a win over UIC, it probably still is. But the superfriends will decline it because such things conflict with the academic endeavors at this Patriot League-level institution.

Braun is too worried saving money by making sure everyone is using a cheaper brand of pencil... This is no joke. Like firsthand heard that that is one of the ways she is making budget cuts. So if she is that worried about money she isn't going to be okay with buying out his contract unless it is completely covered by donors which wont happen.

How about we take all the money we solicit from donors to fire Rob Jeter and then secretly donate it to the School of Education instead? That seems like a much more productive use of thousands and thousands of dollars.
