Solid Win, got worried going cold with about 8 left. But way to break press, run the offence and play within themselves.
Now back home to prep for the uwgb game.

I'd love to see this team crush an opponent by 20+. It's nice to get a conference win on the road but we seem to be letting teams back in it at the end of games. Same thing with Youngstown St this year, and obviously with Northeastern.

What was the reason Cody got 17 minutes of action? Glad to see him do well, with 11 points!

Might as well play him if you were going to burn the redshirt. The bench is incredibly thin and Cody has good length. He actually finished with 13 (in 17 minutes).

Where is Javon Lyle? Is he hurt? Concussion. Hopefully sometime next week he'll be ready to go.

Might as well play him if you were going to burn the redshirt. Yes. Yes. Yes. This has confounded me the entire season to date. It's clear that this kid has some ability. As for the outcome, no one could have accounted for Jay-O holding Travis Bader to seven points on 0-for-9 shooting.

Where is Javon Lyle? Is he hurt? Concussion. Hopefully sometime next week he'll be ready to go. Honestly, I don't really see a place for him in the rotation. We've got Steve-O, Jay-O, Austin, Cody, Bobo and Mitch and he's not going to take minutes away from any of our bigs.

Great game by our boys! Despite not being a win over a "good" team, this was still a very important conference win for Milwaukee. Especially considering first place Green Bay is next this Sunday.
Milwaukee's RPI/SOS moves from 113/244 to 115/254. (2-1, 11-5 vs D-I)
Oakland's RPI/SOS moves from 177/15 to 184/13. (1-2, 4-12 vs D-I)
Bring on #53 Green Bay!

It's a great win to get the bad taste of the last game out of our mouth.
Looking forward to the Green Bay game!

From the Oakland board:
"Milwaukee is a decent team, but they aren't going to be any good in the Horizon."
Well, I suspect that the Panthers are going to be better than Oakland. After all, this ain't the Summit League.
