Can we set up a thread for Victor Panther to just go on drunken tirades whenever he wants. I have never laughed so hard. It was like trying to decipher a drunken angry dyslexic. Made my night. And hell, i could use this sort of laugh more often. Too funny

How did I even formulate those scrambled up words? New language. Sorry Jim. No more cross-promoting. I don't even really care to watch this train wreck any more let alone blog about it ("Panthers edged out by Phoenix 150-42"!! Lmao. There ain't enough yarn left to spin...

I'm shuttering my blog and everything I tried to do to promote this program. People in the Milwaukee AD I've contacted several times over the years seem about as interested in my offer of free volunteer work (sober, mind you now!) as catching the plague.

It's all politics. Always is. Everyone is out for their own and many don't care beyond their 9-5. Or 10-3. If they aren't proud and working as hard as they can, how in the world can you expect the city/fans to be proud?

Sorry to Mr. Roelke, but if he is the best we got a PG (-er... a.k.a. the new "that'll teach 'em!" Zach Holt) than I might just start watching MSOE and MATC games- at least I might see some kids who care about the opportunity they have to attend college and play ball- most on the university dime.

This basketball program is becoming (has become?) a sad joke- people have been rumbling for years. But when a former "eternal optimist" tosses out multiple incoherent drunk rants about how terrible we are... you know. It's gotten THAT bad (and you know that former optimist needs to stay away from the bottle when angry and/or inclined to type words).

My frozen corn-dog icicle view of this program stands. It's a goshdang shame how poorly this team has played/panned out. Hope Mexico was fun!!! Yesss SIR!!!

Miracles do happen... but not this season.

You know. I resisted as long as I could but I have to admit- I think a lot of you guys (maybe some gals too) were right about this program's downward trajectory. Were it not for the NIT or CBI/CIT/XYZ Tournaments, you could say (outside of the hot streak to win League in '11) we have made almost no progress since March of 2006.

Something's gotta give. I sure as heck hope it's not D-II. GO... PANTHERS?

Sorry to all I offended (probably numbers in the dozens). I am an idiot and I never obey Pantherholic's #1 Rule: "Don't post angry". Or was that Hack? Oh well. It's just a game. I take it way too seriously, but it's hard when you've seen the joy it can bring when the players and coaches actually care and prioritize accordingly.

I'll have to find another hobby, because this one- at least this season- has led me to nothing but misery and feeling like I'm wasting a whole lotta time.

Maybe 10 minutes of quality basketball in 17 games. Unbelievable.

Most of us have done stupid things while drunk. Its okay man. I enjoyed it actually. I loved the line where you said you wanted to duel. LMAO.

You make some points that I feel could be spot on, but at the same time i really hope they are completely wrong. I have been feeling that this athletic department really doesn't love the panthers the way i feel an athletic department should. If i was working for the AD I would try to go above and beyond because i love my panthers that much. It would be less about the money and more about pride. I mean I know you can't ask that from everyone but sometimes I think you are right. It does seem like they are just trying to punch in and punch out and get there paycheck and thats it. I mean there are so many things that could be done to make this program better. And i am talking little things. Tiny things. Things that would cost no money at all. And they aren't being done. And i don't get it.
