Hey Panther Fans,
Marquette fan here. I use to be the head manager for the MU women's team, and I use to play some hoops with your women's team during the summer time for open gyms. I have always rooted for your program.
The first time I played with your girls, one immediately caught my eye. Jessica Wilhite could shoot lights out and I was very impressed with her game. She also was a very nice girl. I was wondering if she still is playing ball somewhere. I hope so. She definitely has the talent. Good luck to your girls the rest of the season.

MUcrisco,
Thanks and welcome to the board! Jessica did have a great shot...she is definitely missed on the team. However, next year we'll have Onson, 2002-2003 state HS POY, so we're expecting to have Wilhite's position fulfilled and then some!
Good luck to the MU women. Unfortunately I missed the UWM/MU game this year...I really wanted to see the the Al Center too. ;D
Later, UWMfreak

i dont think so, that is last year's team, and with everything in European basketball changing so much, I doubt she's still a member

She was an amazing player to watch, especially during UWM's first run to the tourney for either team.
I followed her to Duke with the Journalism department and the UWM Panthervision and it was a great ride.
She could step back and knock down a three like no one's business.
I last heard she was playing for the Chicago Challengers, a group of Illinois ball players for the pre-season. Her team played DePaul, Loyola and UW-Green Bay. I think their record was 1-3, but I could be wrong.
I know that she was from Glen Elyn, a suburb of Chicago which may be why she was placed on that team and because of all the college talent after graduating compared to the Milwaukee area which only features two division I programs.
If anyone else has updates on her, I would love to hear where she is at...
Cheers,
Taylor
