What more does Mitch Roelke need to do to earn minutes?

Seems like whenever we actually make our FT, we cant shoot anywhere else...and vice versa...guess we may have to make a choice... Terrible shooting from the line AND the field seems to be our signature. Some days we are good at one or the other, but one thing is consistent: The better the opponent, the worse our performance. I'm pissed. Tired of the same old story with this team. We want to be taken seriously? Win a f-ing game of importance. I'm out - going to bed.

Except ...
Ryan Allen can play with anyone. He's got a real chance at playing in the NBA.

26.2 14.3 Nothing really else to say. And 76 from the line...if we have to make a choice between making FT and making 3s, I'm taking 3s all the time...

Blah blah blah. If this game was on a neutral site or on our home floor, we'd have won it. Tony's night was absolutely inexplicable, and we're still missing Ja'Rob.

Also, Buzz Williams is either a moron or a jerk for leaving 2 of his starters in until the final bell.

Except ... Ryan Allen can play with anyone. He's got a real chance at playing in the NBA. Other than the fact that he's 6'3" and can't make a shot consistently outside of 16 feet, and can't dribble well enough to drive the lane in traffic, I agree. You're not serious, are you?

Ryan Allen had a great game!!! Very tough to watch Tony, Paris & Evan have a bad night shooting.

I don't know if I could disagree more with this post. The reality is that Marquette didn't play a great a great game either (regardless of the court in which the game was played on), but still managed to outplay us in most facets of the game. Yes, it's a shame that our best player had little impact on the outcome of the game, and that our shooting sucked. But to infer that all of our shortcomings were simply attributed to playing a few hundred feet from the cell is an insult.

Paris...i just dont get it, you can tell he is a better player than his performance shows.
Tony...off night...very off night and once he was off he got timid at times.
Ryan...played one heck of game and kept DJO from lighting it up.
As far as MU, Cadougon was throwing up anything and it would go in...Gardner played well and has great eyes for a big man. With some shooting we would have won.
No Moral Victories..only lessons to be learned. Now they need to rest up, get healthy and lets take it Valpo!

This game bought Ryan Allen an NBA draft selection. Are you insane? So in other words, he's the greatest player in Milwaukee history outside of Von McDade?

There are about 100 guys a year that are better than Allen that don't even sniff the NBA.
King also believes this is the most talented team UWM has ever had (Depaul thread). Enough said.
