If Deonte plays next season, our lineup at the 2 will be: McCallum, Allen, Richard, L. Boga, Roberts, Roehlke. Considering Jeter plays a 3-guard set most of the time, and considering Deonte's past value to the team, it's very plausible that he could see minutes.

Plausible?
There are 200 available minutes in a regulation game.
Figure that 80 will go to the shooting guard position, 40 will go to the point guard tandem of Shaq Boga and Kaylon Williams and the remaining 80 will be divided between James Haarsma, Kyle Kelm, J.J. Panoske, Tony Meier, Ryan Haggerty, Christian Wolf and likely Mitchell Carter.
On the contrary, I just don't see how your suggestion is possible.

It's the new math, Eddie.
Too many players and not enough minutes.

I thought this was his last year of eligibility. Did I miss something?

Carter is lobbying for a fifth year due to the way his minutes were handled at South Carolina. He played a grand total of 11 minutes in the 2007-2008 season.
As for Roberts, you never know what can happen. Last year, Tone Boyle missed the entire season. And how many times have we experienced a player leaving the program for one reason or another?

Deonte has to take care of business first. If he wants to be back on the team, he's got a lot to work on.

That goes without saying, but the boards are for speculating.
