Horizon League teams to the Carolinas: Give us your tired, your poor, your benchwarming players yearning to breathe free...

Mays was a good high school player if I remember correctly, and I believe he's from the same high school as Ja'Rob McCallum....

Should be an ok player for WSU. I saw him in person at the BC this year, 1 for 6 shooting, 3pts.

Horizon league teams continue to get respectable 2-1's with good programs. Great to see

Could it be that there's now a Butler Effect in play with the scheduling of league members?
In essence, recognition by association.

Awesome news! I love what the Horizon League teams are doing with their schedules... (can we just agree that Youngstown doesn't exist anymore?)

I dunno if I would celebrate a 2-1 with Air Force.

I dunno if I would celebrate a 2-1 with Air Force. Air Force and Charlotte are home and homes, not 2 for 1s. Cincinnati is the only 2 for 1.

Big D:
I'll give you Land. That makes three, as I believe Mpondo can play this coming season after transferring from a school (New Orleans) that's no longer playing in Division 1. Correct?
At 6-7, 215, Darling would be the eighth-largest active player on the Panther roster. Not sure that he really constitutes a "big," as he's about the same size as ex-Panther Riley Walker, a small forward/wing.
