Looks like we are in desperate need of a guy who can hit the three on a consistant basis. Does Steve Kerr have any eligibility left?

That 3 point shooting was ugly. I'm surprised we are not losing by more.

Some halftime observations:
1. This team needs Flowers on the floor. Desperately.
2. Maybe he's having an off night, but TJ can't hit anything outside of 10 feet.
3. Gentry better find his stroke, and soon.
4. James looks better than I thought he was.
5. What hurt this team last year will hurt it this year: no consistent outside shot. We've been good for so long because of guys like Jason Frederick, Clay Tucker, Ed McCants, and Boo Davis. We didn't have one of those guys last year, and don't have one this year either.

Ok Jpanther...what are we looking like? Do they look nervous? Timid? What is going on? They look completely unprepared, lost, timid, sprinkled in with some questionable calls going the other way for BSU. Freak is right, Rob didn't have these guys prepared. I'm sure things would be different if we had some guys who could hit an outside shot, but right now that doesn't look feasible.

Yeah if no one can hit an outside shot on this team I'd just zone them to death.

Thus far, not very impressed. I agree they need Flowers and his low post presence, but he needs to work on passing out of the double team when it comes at him. Nice low-post moves though. Simple, well-executed...I like what little I've seen. They might have been alright with Flowers on the bench had they just been able to knock down some shots. I'd echo that Gentry needs to find his stroke and the same for Franklin.
TJ brings some unreal athleticism, which is good when considering defense and rebounding, but his free throw line jumper needs to start dropping for him to even be considered for POY(which is what some people have predicted.)
Seriously though, by the way the whole team was shooting, I'm hoping this is just an "off" night for the guys. You know, first road game for the team as a whole, and for the freshman, first road game as college guys.
The good thing is I don't know if they could shoot much worse in the 2nd half, so let's see a better, less sloppy 2nd half and pull out the win. Come-from-behind style....

POY is already AJ Graves. The championship is already Butler. That was already decided whether we are good or bad.

How is that not true? This might be the best team the Horizon has ever seen.
I also recognize really basketball when I see it.
