Good season boys, back to the drawing board. Come on, there's still the chance at an at-large bid! ;D I'm proud of how the team fought the last couple weeks of the season. They'll be a force next year. Also, good luck to Kevin Massiah and Nick Hansen in their future endeavors...they'll be missed in the locker room and on the court.

That was a frustrating end to what amounted to a frustrating season. The team never quit but what was a lack of talent (maybe size more than talent?), lack of experience and a big target on their back with every team in the league wanting to kick us while we were down really was the story of the year I think.
Here is too looking forward to a off season of growth by the current players and hopefully a stong infusion of talent by what appears to be a strong freshman class. Let the position and starting lineup battles begin.

I agree. We have had ugly posters for the last three years.
First, you need to move your UW-Milwaukee poster away from the UW-Madison poster. That should help your dilemma quite a bit.
But, yes, there needs to be a change with the poster design.

I suppose it's fitting that UWM's season ended at 9-22. Considering their record was 22-9 last season, that means Rob Jeter has a record of exactly .500 after 2 seasons.

The guy behind Bill is usually Spike from the UIC board. Spike has written on the UIC board that Bill is his favorite announcer because he will interact with him. Yes, Bill is by far one of the best, everytime I see him he always will talk to me and the others behind the bench. Class act, dont really care what the Butler fans say about the guy. Also your AD is becoming a nice guy as well, we had are run ins in the past, but he's been nothing but nice the last few games. Over all this was a much better game from both teams. I thought we were done early on. Paulsen is a very good player, didnt really see him go down low too much but he has a pretty shot. Tough break this year for you guys, but you'll be back and stronger, I expect Jeter to really work these guys over the off season, they seemed to not have the energy late in the game that past UWM teams had. Since I have not watched many of your games, is the press something that is just used towards the end of the games? Because it really gave us fits at the Cell and towards the end of today's game. Also those Refs were horrible both ways. I'm wondering if we will ever have a good crew in this league. Anyways like always it's always great beating you guys and I know you love knocking us down. Till next season Spike

One more thing, you can make fun of the GB attendance, but by far today at the Pav it was a joke. There could not have been more then 700 people in that place and thats counting the staff. I'm not sure if there will ever be a way to pack a place on these play in games, but the HL needs to do something, thank God we bussed in some kids otherwise that place would have ended up with 35 people

The team hardly pressed this year as we didn't have the horses up front to do so. To be a really good pressing team you need a tall athletic freak at the top of it, Torre Johnson, step on up. Not only that, when you shoot 30-some f@!#%$# percent it's hard to press as you do so on made baskets, not m-fing bricks.

I can't believe these attendance figures. If the Panthers had played at home you would have had at least 3500.
