TBone it was me who said they are jump shooters. And to the guy that knocked my spelling and grammar I guess you'll have to read through it thats why I'm not a English major but a physical education one. Anyways, here's all I'm saying anything can happen ill give you that. UWM can pull the upset. I'm saying from looking at this match up. I see a team who settles to much from behind the arc, sure UWM can bang some but they have not shown it enough this year to lead me to believe they can beat a more powerful team.
With regards to the BU game your talking about night and day. BU has one forward in Polk the rest have very little intensity down low like the Bigs of OU. I think you would crazy to believe that you will have as much success down there. My comment on Bruce is this his defensive scheme might be one of the best going right now. The pressure you put on Bama, BC and I forgot the other was unbelievable. I just think the style of play Jeter likes to use will not change much of OU's game.
Hell I could be wrong and Jeter might be drawing up the perfect plan to beat this OU team. But from what I saw this year, and you have to remember I was not tuning into all your games. But from what I saw I just seems that this team will need a lot more out of their players to hang in there. But again anything can happen and good luck to both teams.

That's right. This time of the year is all about the M&M's — momentum and matchups.

Spike, do you mean to suggest that A.T., Joah, J-Mac and Big D are better jump-shooters than they are interior players? I don't think this is a perimeter-oriented team at all, as we hit only four threes in the Horizon League title game (one by Nick Hansen) and still managed to score 87 points and win by 16. I'm not implying that those guys are, I think Joah settles to much on taking a jump shot instead of staying with in the offense. I know he can battle down low we seen it before but this year I have witnessed countless times where he just forces up stupid threes and 18 footers. A.T. is a force he's a complete player and will be missed greatly, but again here is a guy who I believe can not mash with this type of front court. I think he will hold up and probably pick up a few assists he is always good for that. I'm not really impressed with the other two guys, I know they will battle but when Joah picks up that second foul in the first 14 or so minutes do you really want those two guys down on the post taking the shot. I just think as a mid major fan we are always going to get screwed down in the post when taking on these teams. Joah is the main focus of OU and sometimes Joah makes so stupid plays. Like I said before I hope I'm wrong and you guys pull it out it really would look good for this conference and of course your program as you rebuild for the future

billhaverchuck, Hit the nail on the head. UWM only has to be better than OU for forty minutes. Is OU better than UWM, probably so, but that's the beauty of March in college basketball. If you play poorly one day, it might be your last game of the year.
