Nice job Homer, way to know nothing about the Panthers, not like that's a shock . God for bid you do some research. Hmmm, I don't think he will be playing in his third tournament, since he redshirted 02-03 and also I don't think UWM and Butler tied for 1st place in conference play either. Terrible

Yeah. I think his exact quote was, "You played Butler twice during the season and split the series. You tied for the HL regular season championship with them. What were your expectations heading into last nights game?"

For being nicknamed "Homer" he doesn't know that much about a home team.

I think it's been posted on other threads, but Sports/Talk radio in Milw. really sucks. 620 and WISN 1130 do a better job than the "sports" stations.

Peter Brown on 1250 is a moron. I've tried giving him chances but he keeps making a fool of himself. He said today that UWM can't move into a major conference because, and I quote, "it's not a big enough schoo." What's enrollment this year, 26,000? Dumbass.

Does he know that UWM is FOUR TIMES the size of Northwestern, and bigger than several Big East schools (like Notre Dame, ) or doesn't he consider the Big Ten and Big East to be major conferences?

Brown also cited UWM athletics as having a low academics as well if I'm not mistaken. I think we've all seen that we compare quite well nationally.

In our favor he said we only pretty much had a basketball team. Ahem Peter, do you forget that we have had arguably more success in other sports like soccer than basketball?

I'm not saying that we should undoubtedly be new conference eligible, but the arguments he made were so far off its disgusting.

I used to listen to Bill and Steve Haywood. They were decent at least. I can't stand listening to Homer's voice.
